Asia Pacific Rayon (APR) recently organized a customer meet in Dhaka. With the theme “Viscose & Lyocell Opportunities for Bangladesh’s Textile Industry,” the event provides a platform for industry leaders to exchange insights, discuss innovations and collaborations.
APR’s market share has grown steadily, and the company has also seen Lyocell consumption increasing. Being more sustainable compare to other man-made cellulosic fibres, increased Lyocell utilization in garment production holds promising opportunities to make Bangladesh as a hub for sustainable textiles. To solidify its commitment to Bangladesh’s market, the company organized a stakeholder meet event with diverse participants, with approximately up to 120 representatives from the spinners, sourcing hubs, and downstream retailers attended the event.
