Arvind Rub Web Controls Ltd. (ARWCL) is a pioneer in manufacturing and exporting world-class equipments in textile web control. Established in 1984, the company began with manufacturing rubber rollers and bow rollers and has demonstrated continuous growth in terms of product development and upgradation of technology.
Located in the most developed industrial zone in Ahmedabad, and covering over 1,35,000 square feet, Arvind has its state-of-the-art infrastructure with which it has doubled its plant capacity.
Mr. Nirav Patel, Director – ARWCL, briefs us on his company’s performance in FY18 and the products and services the company offers to the textile industry. He says: “Our products and services have established newer trends in the national market. With our rich experience and expertise, we have been known as a reliable and dependable solution provider. FY17-18 was a successful year for Arvind, as new developments and market penetration improved. We had excelled in all our divisions, including exports.”
Arvind has developed a new CNC controlled grinding machine and has successfully sold it to one of India’s largest textile manufacturing units. Within the textile industry, the company serves and supplies to almost all textile OEMs across India and over 52 countries around the world. The company plans to add more countries to the list this year.
“Our roller supply and service business is doing well since last three decades. This year we are mainly focusing on exports and textiles business. We have achieved world-class quality standards and have a very high success ratio in textile products”, adds Mr. Patel.
Future plans
Speaking on the future growth plans, Mr. Patel observes: “We at ARWCL are trying our best to make us the world’s best rubber roller manufacturing company in the next five years as we supply rubber rollers to almost all textile units all over India as well as overseas. Growth of the Indian textile industry in the next five years will be rapid enough with both the Central and State Governments implementing new policies for the segment. Apart from this, labour availability, expertise, dedication among employees and skillsets in fabric manufacturing are the main features of the traditional Indian textile industry.”
