Arvind OG Nonwovens Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture of Arvind Ltd. and OG Corporation of Japan, has announced the launch of five brands of global standard for bag house filtration in India.
“The five brands – Fiberlox, Duotech, Checkstatic, Glasstech and Mircofelt – will make Arvind OG a player with the largest portfolio of world-class products manufactured in India for bag house filtration. The technology and processes required to manufacture these brands were an integral part of acquisition of Andrew Industries”, said a spokesperson from Arvind Ltd.
AOG has installed custom-built machines specifically designed to achieve Japanese quality standards and capable of handling fibres such as M-aramid, homopolymer acrylic, polyphenelyene sulfone (PPS), polyimide, polypropylene and polyester. These are manufactured to deliver the highest global standards of quality.
Arvind OG Nonwovens inaugurated its manufacturing facilities near Ahmedabad on May 31, 2014. The JV manufactures high quality nonwoven fabrics using needle-punch technology for bag house filtration. The JV also has technology alliance with Kureha Ltd. of Japan.

* Duotech ensures near-zero particulate emissions, exceptional cleanability, reduced cleaning regime, reduced operating pressure drop, longer filter bag life and lower energy costs.
* Checkstatic is for rapid dissipation of static charge, minimum explosion risk, high temperature capability and regulatory compliance.
* Glasstech has features like exceptional cleanability, reduced operating pressure drop, 260oC operating temperature, good chemical resistance and extended flex fatigue resistance.
* Microfelt guarantees reduced particulate emission, improved pressure drop management, improved resistance to blinding and longer bag life.
