The Coimbatore-based AB Reiniger Industries Pvt. Ltd., is all set to launch two unique products at the forthcoming India ITME 2016 event. The company which has entered into a joint venture agreement with WELKER Spintech of Germany has made rapid inroads into the market with its range of products, including OHTCs, bobbin transport system (BTS) and yarn conditioning plants (YCPs).
Interacting with The Textile Magazine, Mr. R. Anbazhahan, Managing Director of the company, said: “We are launching a fully automatic bobbin stripping system at the event. We take pride in stating that this is perhaps the first fully-automated – online single / multi-head bobbin stripping system from an Indian manufacturer. This is yet another trend-setting product from AB Reiniger. We are also launching a Double Door – ULTRA FLAT Floor mounted yarn conditioning system. This world-class yarn conditioning system can be later on modified for fully automated online system. One major advantage with the machine is that since it comes with a square type base, and there is no need for digging a pit for installation. With several mills these days going in for vertical expansion, this machine is ideally suited since it can be installed on any floor. The material is fed from one end and delivered at the other, which ensures there is no mixing up of conditioned / unconditioned yarn.
Elaborating the point, Mr. Anbazhahan said: “While this is the first time that we are participating in the event under the AB Reiniger brand name, we had earlier participated under some other brand name. Thus we know about the scale and importance of this mega event. We look forward to meeting business visitors from around the world, especially from Asian countries such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc., plus of course the textile fraternity from India.”
Going further into the details regarding the fully automated bobbin transport system, Mr. Anbazhahan disclosed: “With this system the bobbins will go automatically from any speed frame to any ring frame. The entire material handling part will be fully automatic. The remnant yarn in the bobbin will be removed by the online stripping machine. Otherwise, people used to do it manually, which would leave scratch marks and damage the bobbin. It also had its adverse impact on the quality of the yarn. The system which comes with a single suction nozzle is designed such that as the spindle moves from top to bottom, the remnant yarn will be sucked by a special vacuum nozzle which will open the fibre to a greater extent for re-usage of usable yarn waste.”
As per its agreement with WELKER, the company is focusing on visitors, mainly from Asian countries, who are from the spinning and weaving sectors. Known for constantly upgrading its infrastructure it has recently gone in for a CNC press machine and is planning to induct a laser / water jet cutting machine in the near future.
Giving an overview of some company’s major clients, Mr. Anbazhahan said: “On the overseas front we have recently completed a project in Turkey. We have also completed projects at Nannu Spinning Mills Ltd. and Mars Textile Ltd., both of Bangladesh, though the latter is originally a Korea-based company. In India we have almost around 80% of the market share in the Gujarat area. Some of our top clients include D. Raja Cotton Spintex, Real Spintex Pvt. Ltd., Shivdhara & Shivdhara Spinners Pvt. Ltd., Jolly Spinning Mills Pvt. Ltd., Akshar Spintex Pvt. Ltd., GRV Spintex Pvt. Ltd., Raymond UCO Denim, Arvind Group of Companies, Bharat Vijay Mills, Sanathan Textiles Ltd., The Surat Vankar Sahakari Sangh Ltd., etc.
Listing down the biggest strengths of the company, he stated that quality, latest technology and prompt technical support have been the key strengths of AB Reiniger which has total team strength of 70 plus, out of which 16 are service engineers. “Apart from this, we also have authorized agents at various locations who in turn have their own service personnel.”
Mr. Anbazhahan was quite happy with the company performance so far this year when he said: “We have done reasonably well despite the slow market trend. We have in fact done 20% more business when compared to last year. With our new launches we are confident of further improving this growth rate by at least 20% in the near future.”
