A.T.E. has been representing Monfongs since 2013 for sale of its range of machines covering pad dry, stenters and shrinking ranges. The scope of the representation has now been expanded to cover services, including erection and commissioning.
Monfongs was established as a joint venture with A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co., KG, Germany, and Fong’s Industries Co. Ltd., Hong Kong, in January 1999. Monfongs has now become a fully-owned company of the Fong’s Group after Fong’s take-over of A.Monforts, Germany, in 2012.
A.T.E. has been offering services, including erection and commissioning, for Monforts machinery covering continuous dyeing ranges, stenters and shrinking ranges. A.T.E. has gained considerable expertise in the services of Monforts machinery with the experience of handling more than 100 Monforts installations.
A.T.E. has a team of well-trained and experienced engineers with expertise in Monfongs services that cover installation and start-up, warranty services, machine audits, technological support and training, machine upgrade/retrofit, quality analysis, preparation of lubrication charts and recommending speciality lubricants for long intervals and extended life of the machine, and assistance in procuring spares from Monfongs.
The company has successfully rendered services for Monfongs machines to many Indian customers, like Arvind Mills, Ocean India, Selvam Process, Sri Gayathri Colours, Avon Cottex and Indocount Industries.
